Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
- Processing times do not include weekends, holidays or carrier transit times.
- During sales, holidays or high-volume period processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text, if provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for racking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Any additional shipping fees incurred due to an incorrect address will be the customers responsibility.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfer to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages after they have been marked as shipped.
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims regarding lost or missing packages. We will assist in the process however we can.
